What happens after I submit a report?

Our team reviews every report and investigates the sender. If the fax violated our Terms of Use or the law, we take action, including account suspension or termination. We may contact you if we need more information.

What laws protect me from unsolicited faxes?

In the United States, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Junk Fax Prevention Act prohibit sending unsolicited advertisements by fax without prior express permission. Violators can face penalties of $500–$1,500 per fax.

Can I also file a complaint with the FCC?

Yes. In addition to reporting to us, you can file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission at consumercomplaints.fcc.gov.
