1. What cookies we use

• Strictly necessary (always on): fx_sess keeps you signed in (90 days); fx_draft links your uploads to your fax draft (7 days); fx_consent and fx_vid remember your cookie choices (6–12 months). Stripe sets cookies on its own domains to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
• Analytics (off by default in the EEA/UK; off if you opt out): Google Analytics usage measurement to understand how the site is used.
• Marketing (off by default in the EEA/UK): Google Ads conversion measurement for our advertising campaigns, only if enabled and consented.

2. Your choices

Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland see a consent banner and non-essential cookies are set only after opt-in. Visitors from US states with privacy laws see a notice with a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option; we also honour the browser Global Privacy Control signal automatically. Everyone can change choices anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer or through browser settings.

3. Do Not Track / GPC

We treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing and of non-essential cookies.
